बांदा। आयुक्त चित्रकूटधाम मंडल अजीत कुमार की अध्यक्षता में मंडलीय सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की बैठक हुई। सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को कम करने के लिए सख्त कदम उठाने पर जोर दिया गया। बिना हेलमेट वाहन चलाने, शराब पीकर गाड़ी चलाने और ओवरलोड वाहनों पर विशेष निगरानी रखी जाएगी।
अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक शिवराज ने कहा कि सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाने के लिए पुलिस और परिवहन विभाग मिलकर कार्रवाई करेंगे। हेलमेट न पहनने वालों को पेट्रोल पंप से ईंधन नहीं दिया जाएगा। स्कूल-कॉलेज की बसों की फिटनेस अनिवार्य होगी और नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों पर सख्त कार्रवाई होगी।
लोक निर्माण विभाग को ब्लैक स्पॉट सुधारने और संकेतक लगाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। दुर्घटनाओं में घायलों की मदद करने वालों को ₹5000 का इनाम दिया जाएगा। मॉडिफाइड साइलेंसर और प्रेशर हॉर्न लगाने वालों पर विशेष अभियान चलाकर कार्रवाई का निर्णय हुआ। बैठक में परिवहन विभाग, लोक निर्माण विभाग और पुलिस विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
