Rahul Dravid said on India-New Zealand match being drawn, our young players are better

Kanpur. Indian team coach Rahul Dravid says that the players of Team India and New Zealand performed brilliantly in the Greenpark Test. Our youth proved themselves by leaving a better impression. Both the teams fought for victory till the last season. Indian cricket is in strong hands. Every player of the team was showing the spirit of fighting in the match. These were happy moments.

In the press conference on the performance of Rahane and Pujara in the middle order, the coach said that both the players have won many important matches. Hopefully this player will be back in form soon. Regarding Ashwin, he said that he is a better bowler, in the year 2016 he also bowled better in the Greenpark Test match. This time too, he strengthened the team by getting the team wickets in crucial moments. On Shreyas Iyer’s performance, the coach said that Shreyas proved himself in Tests after performing well in ODIs and T20Is. On the batting line-up after Virat’s return as middle-order in the Mumbai Test, he said the playing XI would be considered on the basis of wickets and conditions.
