बांदा। आरटीओ अनिल कुमार शनिवार को अपनी कार्य प्रणाली से चर्चा में आ गये। वाह -वाही भी खूब हुई। इसका कारण उनके द्वारा सीएमओ की गाड़ी को सीज कर 37 हजार का जुर्माना ठोंकना रहा। दरअसल हुआ यह की आरटीओ वाहनों की चेकिंग कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान रोड से हूटर बजाते हुए सीएमओ की गाड़ी गुजरी। आरटीओ ने गाड़ी रुकवाने की कोशिश की, गाड़ी नहीं रुकी। आरटीओ को नागवार गुजरा।
उन्होंने अपनी गाड़ी से सीएमओ की गाड़ी को ओवरटेक किया। गाड़ी रुकने पर कागजात मांगे, ड्राइवर कागजात नहीं दिखा सका। जिससे आरटीओ ने गाड़ी को सीज कर 37000 रुपए का चालान कर काट दिया।बबेरू कस्बे में नसबंदी शिविर चल रहा हैं। एसीएमओ डॉक्टर एमके गुप्ता, सीएमओ की गाड़ी में सवार होकर जा रहे थे। औऱ उनका वाहन आरटीओ के हत्थे चढ़ गया।
