बांदा। प्रधान डाकघर में आधार बनाने का कार्य न हो पाने से जरूरतमंद इधर उधर भटक रहे हैं। दूसरी तरफ विभागीय अधिकारी शिकायत के बाद भी परेशानी से छुटकारा दिलाने को उदासीन बने हैं। इसके चलते ही शहर के प्रधान डाकघर में आधार कार्ड बनाने का कार्य ठप सा है। इससे आधार बनवाने पहुंचे रोजाना सौ से अधिक जरूरतमंदों को मायूस होना पड़ रहा है।
जिले में प्रधान डाकघर समेत उप डाकघरों में भी आधार कार्ड बनाए जाने की सुविधा मुहैया के निर्देश है। यहां पर भी आधार कार्ड बन जाए इसकी कोई गारंटी नहीं होती।
डाकघर के अफसर तकनीकी खराबी होने की बात कह चुप्पी साध लेते हैं। कभी कंप्यूटर और प्रिंटर खराबी की बात कहकर दूसरी जगह आधार बनवाने के लिए जाने को कहा जाता है। सिस्टम की खराबी के साथ ही स्टाफ की कमी आधार बनाने में समस्या बनी है। डाक अधीक्षक ऐसे माशा अल्ला है की उनका पक्ष जानने की कोशिश की गई पर फोन ही हर बार रसीव नहीं हुआ।
