बांदा। डीआईजी विपिन कुमार मिश्रा नें शातिर माफिया और टाप टेन अपराधियों के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 174 ए के तहत प्रभावी कार्यवाई सुनिश्चित किये जाने के निर्देश दिये हैं। उन्होंने कहा की इसमें जरा भी लाचरता नहीं होनी चाहिये।
डीआईजी नें मंडल के चारों जिलों के पुलिस अधीक्षकों को निर्देश दिये हैं की 174 ए का मुकदमा दर्ज करने से पहले गैर जमानती वारंट को तामील कराने के प्रयासों, तामीला न होने पर न्यायालय में कुर्की की उदघोषणा और उससे संबंधित नियमों का पालन करना सुनिश्चित कर लिया जाये। डीआईजी नें इस संबंध में जारी दिशा निर्देशों में समस्त विवेचना अधिकारियों और पर्यवेक्षनीय अधिकारियों को अवगत करने को कहा है।
