बांदा। जिला अधिवक्ता संघ के पदाधिकारियों और अधिवक्ताओं ने मंगलवार को जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय में प्रदर्शन किया। छह सूत्रीय मांगों को लेकर राष्ट्रपति के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा। एडवोकेट प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट लागू करने की मांग की।
अधिवक्ताओं ने ज्ञापन में कहा है कि अधिवक्ता और उनके परिवार की सुरक्षा के लिए एडवोकेट प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट लागू किया जाए। आकस्मिक मृत्यु होने पर 10 लाख रुपये की अनुग्रह राशि दी जाए।
अधिवक्ता संशोधन विधेयक (अमेंडमेंट बिल) को तत्काल वापस लें। उनकी सेवाओं के अनुसार बीमा योजना का लाभ दिया जाए। वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ताओं को पेंशन योजना का लाभ मिले। अदालतों में अधिवक्ताओं के लिए बुनियादी सुविधाओं को बेहतर किया जाए।
प्रदर्शन के दौरान अधिवक्ताओं ने सरकार विरोधी नारेबाजी की और जल्द से जल्द उनकी मांगें पूरी करने की मांग उठाई। जिला अधिवक्ता संघ के वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि यदि उनकी मांगों पर जल्द निर्णय नहीं लिया गया, तो आंदोलन को और तेज किया जाएगा। प्रदर्शन के बाद अधिवक्ताओं ने राष्ट्रपति को संबोधित ज्ञापन जिलाधिकारी को सौंपा।
